About Halloween.how
A field guide,
not a shopping list.
Halloween.how helps people turn a feeling into a night they can actually make, share, and enjoy.

Plans & privacy
Your plan stays on this device.
The Night Builder stores the complete choices, editable run sheet, quantities, budget, saved ideas, guides, costumes, pumpkin patterns, task checks, and delegation labels in local browser storage. No account is created and nothing claims to sync across devices. A copied link contains only broad, non-sensitive planning choices—not dates, people, food, access, budget, tasks, or saved content.
Sources & corrections
Primary sources where consequences matter.
Safety links point directly to the CPSC, NHTSA, FDA, NFPA, AVMA, EPA, AAOS, and land-grant extension guidance. Each consequential guide shows its review date. Reported issues are checked against the primary source before the guide changes; a public correction address will be named only after that channel exists and has been tested.
Commercial disclosure
Useful before a purchase.
The current edition uses ordinary retailer searches only after a complete idea or costume route and claims no merchant partnership. A shared adapter can support verified referrals later without rewriting editorial records. A premium annual Host Pack and sourced sponsored event collections are prepared as future paths, not activated products. Payment will never determine organic inclusion or order.
Update rhythm
Complete collections, visible reviews.
The current atlas contains 1,000 illustrated costume guides, released in complete 200-look checkpoints. The Pumpkin Carving Studio contains 50 tested vector patterns and 12 illustrated techniques. Planning and safety guidance receives a visible seasonal review; new practical ideas must arrive as full four-step guides rather than thin cards.
