Build the look

Three decisions, then a wear test.

  1. 01

    Set the base

Start with cream tunic and navy trousers. Keep this layer comfortable enough to wear for the whole plan.

  2. 02

    Make it readable

Add five vertical aqua bands climbing to different heights as the clearest clue. Let that single shape do more work than several small props.

  3. 03

    Finish, then test

Use fine cobalt branching at the top of each band to complete the idea. Rub every surface with a white damp cloth, fold it into a small bag, then sit, bend, and shake the garment; all droplets and ripples must be printed, quilted, or sewn flat with no liquid, beads, loose sequins, mist, or slippery coating.
