Start with navy knit outfit and a flexible front panel. Keep this layer comfortable enough to wear for the whole plan.

Make it readable
Add cyan and white printed waves crossing at different intervals as the clearest clue. Let that single shape do more work than several small props.

Finish, then test
Use paler fabric only where the systems overlap to complete the idea. Fold each costume into a tote, then dress, sit, bend, turn, reach overhead, and check it under a phone light; every element must remain unpowered, flexible, free of mirror glare, inside elbow width, and above the heel.
